Cops bust trike driver peddling shabu in Pasay City

A trike driver was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by members of the Pasay City police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) for yielding illegal drugs on Thursday, Nov. 30.

Police said the suspect, tagged as a street level individual (SLI), was identified as alias Bog, 27.

Bog was arrested at around 1:00 a.m. along Tolentino St., Barangay 123, Zone 12, Pasay City.

Police recovered seven plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 6.4 grams and worth P43,520, one OPPO cellphone and the P500 used as the buy-bust money.

The confiscated drugs were brought to the Southern Police District (SPD) Forensic Unit for analysis.

The arrested suspect was brought to and detained at the Pasay police custodial facility and was charged for illegal possession of drugs.
