Another batch of overseas Filipinos workers (OFWs) from Israel arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) after a successful repatriation program of the government.
The 36 OFWs were on board the Philippines Airlines flight PR-731 which landed at the NAIA Terminal 1 at 6:26 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30.
Jeffrey Caballero, one ofv the OFWs, said he decided to go home following an appeal from his family in the country.
This was also the reason of another OFW, Cristita Orense, who burst into tears after learning that her relative, Noralin "Nataly" Babadilla, was freed by her captors.
Babadilla was among those who were held by Hamas gunmen during the Oct. 7 attack in Israel.
