P12-M marijuana seized in Isabela buy-bust

QUEZON, Isabela – Police seized 100 kilos of suspected marijuana valued at P12 million from four drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Purok 1, Barangay Abut, here on Tuesday, November 28. 

The suspects from Kalinga were arrested after they sold sold marijuana to a police poseur-buyer.

They yielded six boxes with 66 marijuana bricks, a caliber 9mm, a magazine, bullets, and the boodle money.

Suspects are now in the custody of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG)-Special Operations Unit-2 (SOU-2). 

The contraband was taken to the Philippine National Police-Crime Laboratory in Roxas, Isabela for proper examination.
