IKEA Philippines celebrates second anniversary by giving away a sustainable studio unit from Arthaland

IKEA is known for its modernist furniture design and simple approach to interior design. It continues to offer stylish, quality, and affordable furniture in the country.

Located next to Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City, tagged as the world’s biggest IKEA store, IKEA Philippines is celebrating its second year since its opening in November 2021.

Since day one of its operation, IKEA Pasay City has been visited by 4.5 million visitors until last year. Despite the opinions that IKEA might compete with local furniture manufacturers, the store was still loved by many as it reached out and partnered with local artisans such as Rag2Riches Inc. (R2R), whose mission is to champion Filipino artisans and provide sustainable means of livelihood.

"IKEA aspires to inspire the many Filipinos to live a more sustainable life at home. To celebrate our second year in the Philippines, we also want to give back with the gift of a sustainable home to one lucky IKEA Family member, together with Arthaland," says IKEA Philippines Country Retail Manager, Gerard Jansen.

Not only the stylish and great deals for home furniture, IKEA is also being hyped because of the variety of food they serve, especially the famous Swedish meatballs best partnered with the lingonberry jam.
This December, IKEA is also offering a lot of deals and promos for their customers. From 20 percent off on gift ideas and cookware, 40 percent off on Christmas decors, 12 days of Magic daily offers and IKEA Family member perks, to 12.12 free parcel delivery nationwide. Aside from discounts, consumers can also get a chance to win a one studio unit from Una Apartments by Arthaland, amounting to over seven million pesos for the grand prize raffle. Three winners will also win a P100,000 worth of home makeovers from IKEA.

The raffle promo is open to IKEA family members who shop products worth at least P10,000 in-store and online. It will run from Nov. 20, 2023 to Jan. 31, 2024.
