Face-to-face oathtaking of new librarians set

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, Nov. 29, announced the date and venue for the in-person mass oathtaking ceremony for new librarians.

The PRC said the oathtaking ceremony will be on Dec. 1 in Cagayan De Oro and on Dec. 6 in Davao City.

Participants must complete the pre-registration process on the PRC website (http://online.prc.gov.ph) before noon on the oathtaking day.

They are also advised to print the oath form, containing a generated Quick Response (QR) code, to confirm their attendance, and bring their vaccination card as the ceremony will be conducted in an in-person setup.

There will be an option for an online ceremony or special appointment scheduling for individuals who are unable to attend the in-person oathtaking ceremony.

PRC said details about the online ceremony will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

They must also complete their initial registration by making an online appointment on the official PRC website.
