President Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos (LAM), enjoyed an evening together as they attended the concert of American singer-songwriter Daryl Hall in Pasay City on Nov. 27.

Hall serenaded his fans for an hour and 25 minutes inside the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Monday evening.

The First Lady uploaded a photo of her and the President watching Hall perform.

"Date night with Daryl Hall & Todd Rundgren," LAM wrote on her Facebook account on early Wednesday, Nov. 29.

In a report by ABS-CBN, Hall and the Daryl’s House band were said to have performed 14 songs, including Hall and Oates classics and a few of his solo works.

While the caption of LAM's photo was short, Filipinos online expressed support for the First Couple and said they deserved a night out together.

"Nice to see President Bongbong and First Lady Liza to have some time together to relax and unwind," netizen Cindy Ramos commented on LAM's post.

"After all, you’ve been [so] busy attending international and national affairs for the benefit of our country. You need to enjoy, too, to recharge and recover from the stress of fulfilling your duties and responsibilities for the welfare of the Filipino people," she added.
