Rizal Police net 8 in one day anti-crime operations

The anti-criminality operations of Rizal province's police forces resulted in the arrest of eight individuals on Nov. 26 alone, the Rizal Police Provincial Office (Rizal PPO) said.

Rizal PPO Director PCol. Felipe Maragun said the arrested suspects are: a 42-year old resident of Binangonan tagged as the province’s most wanted; two suspected drug pushers arrested for yielding two grams of shabu worth P13,600 in Rodriguez; a man who was nabbed for malicious mischief on complaint of throwing stones at several vehicles in Antipolo City; one arrested in Morong for theft while another suspect was arrested for estafa in San Mateo; and two suspects apprehended in Pililla for attempted murder.

Maraggun commended the police forces for their accomplishments as he reminded them to remain vigilant and observe personal safety at all times. He also urged his fellow policemen to be approachable and accessible to the community.
