A night filled with recognition for Filipino artistry as the 6th Edition of The Entertainment Editors Choice Awards, or The Eddys, was held at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City last Nov. 26.

Organized by the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd) led by Eugene Asis, the 6th EDDYS honors the creatives and artists who have shown remarkable performances in the past year.

The successful awards ceremony was directed by Eric Quizon and hosted by  Piolo Pascual and Iza Calzado.

"Blue Room "and "Family Matters" were among the big winners in the film category.

Janine Gutierrez (Bakit' Di Mo Sabihin), Max Eigenmann (12 Weeks), Elijah Canlas (Blue Room), and Nikki Valdez (Family Matters) bagged the awards in the acting category.
