The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, Nov. 28, said most parts of Luzon may still experience rains due to the prevalence of the northeast monsoon or "amihan."

PAGASA said Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela will have cloudy skies with rains while flash floods or landslides may occur in the affected areas due to moderate to heavy rains caused by amihan.
In the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and the rest of Cagayan Valley, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced also due to amihan.
Meanwhile, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur will also have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
Moreover, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by the localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau warned the public of threats from flash floods or landslides that may occur during severe thunderstorms in the affected areas.
