6 law violators nabbed in Bulacan


Six individuals including a man wanted for the crime of statutory rape and child abuse, and a suspected carnapper were arrested by the Bulacan police on Monday, Nov. 27.

In reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, the Balagtas police warrant operatives, together with Minalabac municipal police station, tracked down and served the two arrest warrant orders to a 20-year-old man at Brgy. San Juan, Minalabac, Camarines Sur. 
 

According to records, the suspect is listed as one of the Top Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level) in Balagtas, Bulacan. 
 

The arrest warrants were issued by the Presiding Judge of Branch 16, in the City of Malolos Regional Trial Court for the crime of statutory rape, with no recommended bail;  and violation of Section 10(A) of Republic Act 7610 (Child Abuse Law), with a corresponding recommended bail of P80,000.

Meanwhile, several apprehensions were carried out by the tracker teams from Sta Maria, Balagtas, and Pandi police.

These operations led to the arrest of four individuals who are wanted for various crimes and offenses, based on court-issued warrants. 

All the arrested are presently under the custody of the arresting unit or station.

Moreover, in Sto Niño, Hagonoy, a reported carnapping incident led to the arrest of a 20-year-old suspect from Balagtas, Bulacan. 
 

The victim reported the theft of his owner-type jeep, prompting action by Hagonoy police.

The apprehended suspect was found with tools used for stealing cars including three sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated sandard drug price (SDP) of P6,120. 

Complaints for carnapping and violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) have been filed against the suspect.
