USA faces Belgium; Britain takes on France in BJK Cup 2024 qualifiers

Seven-time winners Australia will host Mexico, while Switzerland welcomes Poland, who could call on world number one Iga Swiatek.

MALAGA (AFP) -- Record 18-time Billie Jean King Cup champions the United States, host Belgium and Great Britain were pitted against France in the draw for the 2024 qualifiers on Sunday, Nov. 26, in Malaga.

Seven-time winners Australia will host Mexico, while Switzerland welcomes Poland, who could call on world number one Iga Swiatek.

Qualifiers will be played April 12-13, with Spain again confirmed as hosts, with the finals taking place in Seville between November 12-17.

Canada, champions in 2023, and runners-up Italy qualify automatically for the Billie Jean King Cup finals, along with Spain and wildcards the Czech Republic, who have won 11 times.
