Taiwanese shot dead outside Laguna restaurant

SAN PABLO CITY, Laguna â€“ A 62-year-old Taiwanese was gunned down outside a restaurant in Barangay Del Remedio, this city, on Saturday morning, November 25.

POLICE cars are seen outside a restaurant where a 62-year-old Taiwanese was shot dead on Saturday morning, November 25 in San Pablo City, Laguna.

Police identified the victim as Hsein Chien Chang, a resident of Barangay Del Remedio.

Investigation said the victim was standing at 7:03 a.m. when two men onboard a motorcycle arrived.

One of them introduced himself as a Liquefied Petroleum Gas delivery agent and approached the victim. The suspect drew a gun and shot him once in the face.

The suspects fled and the victim was taken to the San Pablo City District Hospital where he was declared dead.

Police are conducting a manhunt against the suspects.
