Scattered rain showers to prevail over most of Luzon due to shear line, 'amihan'
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday, Nov. 26 said most parts of Luzon will still have cloudy weather with rains due to the shear line and northeast monsoon.

PAGASA said cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will affect Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, Oriental Mindoro, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes due to shear line—an area where the cold northeasterly winds and warm easterlies converge.
The public is warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
PAGASA also cautioned those in Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao against potential flash floods or landslides due to cloudy skies and rains brought on by the northeast monsoon, or "amihan."
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the amihan will be experienced in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Ilocos Region, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon.
The rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms and easterlies—the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
PAGASA added that landslides and flash floods may occur in high-risk areas.
