20 college students in Parañaque receive scholarship grant from PCSO

The Parañaque City government announced that 20 college students received scholarship grant from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Thursday, Nov. 23.

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said the 20 college students received scholarship grant amounting to P25,000 each.

Olivarez who was represented by his wife, Aileen Claire Olivarez and his City Administrator, Atty. Voltaire Dela Cruz, thanked PCSO Director Jennifer Liongson-Guevarra for the scholarship grant of P25,000 given to the deserving students of the city.

He said the 20 college students given with scholarship grant by the PCSO were part of the program's second batch.

The mayor said five college students belonging to the first batch received scholarship grant of P25,000 last June.
