Most of PH to experience rains due to shear line, easterlies, 'amihan' --- PAGASA
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, Nov. 25, said the shear line affects the eastern section of Southern Luzon and the northeast monsoon prevails in Northern and Central Luzon while Visayas and Mindanao are affected by the easterlies.

PAGASA said Bicol Region, Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Occidental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by shear line---an area where the cold northeasterly winds and warm easterlies converge.
In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA warned the public of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains in the affected areas.
In Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Cagayan Valley, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light rains will be felt while Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, and the rest of CALABARZON will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to amihan.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
The weather bureau said flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms in high-risk areas.
