Korean actor Kim Won-shik stars in Netflix’s reality dating show 'Love Like a K-Drama'


Korean actor Kim Won-shik will be starring in Netflix’s reality dating show “Love Like a K-Drama.” 

Kim Won-shik appeared in the Universal Records Philippines’ first-ever online mini-series “Pag-ibig Na Kaya” with Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz in February this year.

Filmed in Seoul, "Love Like a K-Drama" promises to deliver a fresh perspective on love, dreams, and friendship that transcends borders and languages. 

The reality dating show will premiere on Nov. 28 with new episodes released weekly. 

Kim Won-Shik is one of the main actors for the show. He joins Song Ji Hyuk, Lee Tae Gyun, and Kim Dong Kyu. Together, these four actors bring a wealth of talent and authenticity to the show. 

The show brings together stars from Korea and Japan. It also stars actresses Rio, Ayano and Honoka, and Nozomi, a former member of dance and vocal group E-Girls, who has recently embarked on her acting career.

The show is hosted by Yuko Fueki, known as Yumin in Korea, and includes the studio members Haruna Kondo (Harisenbon), Aa-Chan of Perfume, Shusuke Fukutoku of comedy duo JaruJaru, Hayato Komori of Generations, and Maria Tani.

Kim Won-shik is known for the dramas “Alchemy of Souls” and “True Beauty.”
