DICT notice: Temporary unavailability of PhilHealth System in eGovPH App

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Thursday, Nov. 23, announced the temporary unavailability of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) in the eGovPH app due to system issues.

In an advisory, the DICT emphasized the "difficulties accessing PhilHealth's services through the eGovPH app at the moment."

"Our dedicated team is working with PhilHealth to restore normal operations at the earliest possible time," DICT said.

Meanwhile, the department requested the public's "patience and understanding" as it is working to resolve the issue.
