Scattered rain showers may continue to affect parts of PH
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 21 said cloudy weather with rains may persist in most parts of the country due to the shear line and northeast monsoon or "amihan."

PAGASA said Visayas, Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro. Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan, Quezon, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Northern Mindanao, and Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line—an area where the cold northeasterly winds and warm easterlies converge.
PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains in the affected areas.
PAGASA also said Cagayan Valley and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light rains while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the amihan.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said Davao Region, South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, and General Santos will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA also advised the public to be wary of flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
