The Department of Health (DOH) logged 107 new Covid-19 infections on Tuesday, Nov. 21, contributing to a cumulative total of 4,123,314 cases nationwide.

The DOH Covid-19 tracker indicated no new deaths, maintaining the country's fatality rate at 1.6 percent.
Meanwhile, there are 3,048 active Covid-19 cases.
The DOH noted that 4,053,511 individuals have successfully recovered, with 165 additional recoveries, which translates to 98.3 percent recovery.
Regarding the use of intensive care unit (ICU) beds designated for Covid-19 patients, it recorded that 192 beds, or 9.92 percent, of the 1,935 ICU beds that are available are currently occupied.
Non-ICU Covid-19 beds showed a 16.54 percent occupancy rate, with 2,882 beds in use, and of the 1,999 mechanical ventilators available, 107 are actively supporting Covid-19 patients.
The public is still being cautioned not to become complacent in the face of the Covid-19 threat.
The health department stressed the continued importance of adhering to basic health standards, including wearing properly fitting face masks and staying in well-ventilated areas.
It advised that individuals exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms should be isolated promptly.
For added protection, DOH also reminded the public to get their Covid-19 vaccine and booster as soon as possible.
