A total of 2,527 Mandaluyong City Hall employees have already received their 13th month pay, Mandaluyong City Mayor Ben Abalos said on Monday, Nov. 20.
Aside from the 13th month pay, the 836 regular and 1,691 casual employees of the City Hall have also received their cash incentives as an early Christmas present from the city government.
"Dito sa Mandaluyong ay iisang pamilya tayo. And your city is striving very hard to make everyone in the family happy this coming Christmas. Kaya't ngayon pa lang ay nagsisimula na ang pamahalaang lungsod na maghanda ng regalo para sa Paskong ito (Here in Mandaluyong, we are one family. And your city is striving very hard to make everyone in the family happy this coming Christmas. That's why as early as now, the city government is already preparing for the distribution of gifts this Christmas)," Abalos said.
