NLEX Corp. receives 'Investors in People' platinum certification

NLEX Corporation was given an "Investors in People (IiP)" platinum certification by the IiP Philippine branch for its compliance to developing its people management standards.

The IiP, which originated in the United Kingdom, is an organization that confers a "people management business improvement standard" to organizations worldwide.

NLEX is among only two percent of institutions globally, amounting to over 50,000 organizations in 66 coutnries, that have been IiP platinum-certified.

The firm said it was awarded for its "handling of people and promoting a positive working environment."

NLEX Corporation President J. Luigi Bautista emphasized that the award "will not be possible without the efforts of all NLEX employees to build a motivating and supportive environment, where everybody works as one in delivering excellence.”

Bautista said the company will continue to support programs that will "foster an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and personal growth" among its employees to cater to their well-being and career development.

Among the firm's programs for its human resources are the Coaching Bingo, Building Leadership Depth (BuiLD) Program, NLExemplary R&R, ONELIFE wellness program, and Innovation Olympics.
