After splitting up and then reconciling with actress Rhian Ramos, Frontrow CEO and Tutok To Win Party List Representative Sam Verzosa describes their current relationship status  as "stronger than ever."

He shared that they have a common love for helping people and now both of them now even belong to the same home network with the launch of Sam's weekly public service show " Dear SV" on GMA, which premiered on the 11:30 p.m. timeslot last Nov. 18. It airs every Saturday thereafter.

Sam and Rhian spent time apart last year but then eventually got back together. Speaking about that dark period, Sam said: " Marami kaming realization, marami kaming natutunan and nag-grow kami as a person. Mas nakilala namin ang isa't-isa, mas natuto kaming makipag-communicate, mas natuto kaming i-solve ang mga problema. Noong bago pa lang, syempre may growing pains yan ."

(We had many realizations, learned a lot, and grew as a person. We got to know each other better, we learned to communicate better, and we learned to solve problems better. When we were a new couple, of course, there were growing pains.)

Sam said Rhian fully supports his public service show and even gives him tips on how to project in front of the camera.

"Actually, when we were just starting to know each other, it was my both our dream to build something sustainable that can help people," he revealed. " We were surprised because we like the same thing and the heart for charity was one of the things that connected us when we met."

"Dear SV" highlights inspiring stories of ordinary Filipinos who never lose hope and remain resilient despite the struggles and challenges they face every day.

The show promises an intimate look into Verzosa's experiences as he steps into the shoes of those he aims to help. Whether pedaling a pedicab, cleaning fish in the wet market, or engaging in various other first-time activities, "Dear SV" provides a unique perspective on the challenges faced by ordinary Filipinos.

One of his unforgettable encounters is with 86-year-old Lola Fedeng, who ekes out a living for her family as a pedicab driver.

“To me, that was really an eye-opener.  Imagine, Lola Fedeng still works at her old age.  She actually represents the majority of Filipinos who belong to the poverty line but are still working hard to make both ends meet," Sam observed.

“Her story is really really inspiring.  That’s what we want to share and to inspire more people,” he added.

Sam - also the President of Maserati Philippines, Director for Charity of Miss Universe Philippines, and co-founder of Batang Sampaloc Scholarship Foundation Inc. - is proud that because of the immersion in the show, he is learning more lessons in life.

“My close encounters with Lola Fedeng, Tatay Rolando, Ronnie, and others have humbled me.  I am grateful and content with what I have," beamed Sam.

He said that he is continuing the legacy of his beloved late father to help those in need and to  "never forget to give back." That's why he has vowed always to share the blessings he receives.

"My advocacy is to help people who work hard to improve their standard of living, and that is exactly what Dear SV stands for. We would like to focus on all the deserving individuals and communities out there who hurdle all the hardships to improve and uplift their conditions in life," he pointed out.
