PRC cites 99.63% passing rate for November 2023 speech-language pathologists licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, Nov. 20, that out of 545 examinees, 543, or an outstanding 99.63 percent, successfully passed the November 2023 Speech-Language Pathologists Licensure Examination (SLPLE).

The examination took place from Nov. 14 to 15.
Pristine Ellise Ty Chua, an examinee from the University of the Philippine Manila (UPM), achieved the top spot in the board exam result with an average of 93.75 percent.
Following closely, Gillianne Joy Sarte Cruz (UPM), Sofia Teodoro Ordinante (University of Santo Tomas [UST]), and Marion Louise Gaya Virtucio (UPM) shared the second spot, averaging 93.50 percent each.
Meanwhile, Serena Justine Tanbauco Tan, also from UPM, secured the third rank with an average of 93 percent.

Facilitated by the Board of Speech-Language Pathology, the SLPLE examination took place in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
