Muntinlupa LGU provides 'libreng sakay' on first day of transport strike
The Muntinlupa City government deployed vehicles on Monday, Nov. 20, to give “libreng sakay” (free rides) to people affected by the nationwide transport strike.
Members of the Pinagkaisang Samahan ng mga Tsuper at Operators Nationwide (PISTON) launched the transport strike, which will be held until Nov. 22, to protest the government’s planned jeepney modernization program.

Private schools can decide on their own in the suspension of classes.
