Come one, come all as the kingdom of Arendelle comes to life for the first time ever! Opening on Nov. 20 in Hong Kong Disneyland, the World of Frozen is the park's latest attraction sure to bring joy to the entire family. Here's our nifty guide on how to find your way around the winter wonderland.

To begin your journey, you'll need a cozy place to stay. Consider booking a stay over at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel where the entire family can enjoy its special Frozen Suite. It's a room fit for royalty, as the room comes with a welcome gift set, an afternoon tea set meal complete with Frozen-themed tableware, and an exciting scavenger hunt game organized by Olaf himself! There's also the Disney Explorers Lodge for those seeking an adventurous stay in a safari-esque hotel or Disney's Hollywood Hotel for a swanky Art Deco-inspired vibe. Once it's time to head out to the resort, you can simply take one of their shuttle buses, and be on the lookout for some Frozen-themed buses!

As you enter the gates of the World of Frozen, you'll witness firsthand the beauty of the Norwegian-inspired setpieces that bring Arendelle to life, carefully thought out by the Disney Imagineers. “It took over seven years to create this,” shares Walt Disney Imagineering executive creative director Michel Den Dulk. “What I'm probably most proud of, but was also a challenge at the same time, is utilizing the natural landscape behind Hong Kong Disneyland and incorporating it, embracing it, into the environment of what we created here.” Various Arendelle citizens also bring life to the beloved kingdom, many of whom are ready to play a game or two with visitors. If you're lucky, you might even encounter Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, or Oaken during your stay.

For anyone who has taken a trip to Disneyland, the biggest highlight is almost always the fun rides offered in the theme park. In World of Frozen, there are two rides for visitors to enjoy. First, allow Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf to take you on a whimsical boat ride through the North Mountain to Elsa’s Ice Palace. Sing along to all your favorite Frozen hits like Let It Go and Into the Unknown. Be ready for a snowy surprise by the end of the ride! Those in search of thrill can have a go over at Wandering Oaken's Sliding Sleighs, a fast roller-coaster experience that is sure to keep your heart pumping. Finally, join Elsa, Anna, and Olaf over at the Playhouse in the Woods for an interactive experience the whole family can enjoy.

Once you've gone through all the rides, you're likely craving something delicious to eat. Head on over to the Golden Crocus Inn, a warm and hospitable place Arendelle locals and its royal family are known to enjoy filling meals. Kids are sure to enjoy the tasty meatballs available in the Kids’ Meal whereas those with a heavy appetite can enjoy the Village Chicken Roll Stuffed with Ham and Cheese or the Innkeeper's Special Braised Lamb Shank. Seafood lovers and health-conscious diners can also choose the Bayside Seafood Medley, filled with assorted fresh seafood, or the Forest Mushroom Pasta, creamy goodness mixed with a diverse pick of mushrooms. Of course, no meal is perfect without dessert! Stop by the Northern Delights store to encounter a sweet tooth paradise. We recommend the ice blue Coronation Sundae as a way to cool off after a hot meal.

After a whole day of seeing everything Arendelle has to offer, why not bring home a piece of it to remember all the fun memories you've made? Filled to the brim with toys, plushies, clothing, and various knick-knacks to adorn your home, Tick Tock Toys and Collectibles is sure to have something you'll enjoy. Their shoulder plushies let you bring home your little friend of choice (Olaf, Marshmallow, Snowgies, or a Troll).

“(This was) seven years in the making which is why we're so excited to introduce this wonderful place to the world,” expresses Hong Kong Disneyland managing director Michael Moriarty. “During the time we had a lot of time to think about not only the beautiful architecture and the technology that's in the attractions, which is the most technologically advanced that we've put out there… How can we make this a living land where the guest is the central character in creating their own memories? We've used that time for good and I can’t wait for our guests to see it.”
Hong Kong Disneyland's World of Frozen will officially open its gates to the public on Monday, Nov. 20.
