In a statement on Nov. 15, the DOH said that the esteemed National Laboratory Response Network Unit (NLRNU) will lead the orchestration of this landmark event.

Emphasizing the inclusivity of the celebration, the health department announced that the invitation extends to all public Covid-19 laboratories, carefully selected private counterparts, the Center for Health Development (CHD), and the Ministry of Health–Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH-BARMM).

The event is additionally enhanced by the valued participation of development partners, specialty societies, former leads of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), and specific officials and staff from the DOH.

The DOH highlighted that this recognition ceremony promises to be a significant milestone, acknowledging the collective efforts of the laboratory network in the relentless fight against the pandemic.
