To say that Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Brian Raymund Yamsuan's wife means the world to him is a big understatement.

The congressman grabbed the chance to tell the public just how "incredible" his wife Cathy is in his birthday greeting for the latter on Facebook.

"Happy Happy Birthday to the incredible woman who is not just my life partner but also my best friend and unwavering rock," Rep. Yamsuan said.
