Navotas City Hospital recognized as Top 15 level 1 hospital in PH

The Navotas City Hospital (NCH) was recognized by the Department of Health (DOH) in the 2023 Hospital Star Awards ceremony as one of the Top 15 Level 1 hospitals in the country.

The Navotas Public Information Office (PIO) stated that the NCH received this recognition for maintaining high-quality healthcare standards and a commitment to innovation in patient care delivery.

NCH Medical Director Doctor Spica Acoba and Chief of Clinics Doctor Roan Salafranca received the award during the 2023 DOH Hospital Star Awards ceremony held in Iloilo City.

Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco stated that they will use the achievement as their motivation in enhancing the medical and health facilities in the city.

“We will continue to draw inspiration from this milestone to meet the challenges and further provide excellent medical and health facilities to our constituents,” Tiangco said.

The PIO said that the recipients of the DOH Hospital Star Awards were selected based on a thorough assessment of their programs, activities, initiatives, and innovations.
