Camille Prats surprised her followers by sharing in a recent online post that she had a small surgery on her left foot around a month ago.

In pictures on her Instagram, the actress discussed the surgery, mentioning the removal of a ganglion cyst from her left foot.

In her post, Camille mentioned that she removed it because it's been growing and bothering her whenever she wears rubber shoes for a workout. "For a while, I felt frustrated for not being able to do my usual routine. I also know that the lack of a workout for an extended period means muscles will weaken, making it very challenging to start all over again."

The actress later revealed that it took her a while to fully recover from the surgery. “Recovery took more than expected, doc said 10 days but the wound wasn’t healing as fast as I’d hoped,” she shared. “This meant no workout for a month for me.“

After taking a month off, Camille found it tough to exercise again. She felt like giving up, but she understood she needed to push through the difficulty to become stronger and continue the next day.

Aside from this, she mentioned being reminded of the essence of discipline, emphasizing the importance of persisting even when lacking motivation. She shared that she has returned to a weight of 121 lbs, and is facing challenges as she embarks on a new beginning, taking it one day at a time.
