Las Piñas BSKE winners take oath

Las Piñas city Mayor Imelda Aguilar led the oath-taking of newly elected barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials on Friday, Nov. 10.

Aguilar was joined by Vice-Mayor April Aguilar in administering the oath of office of the elected officials, which she said marks the beginning of their journey towards local governance and community development.

The mayor also stressed the importance of collaborative effort between the city government and the barangay officials in achieving common goals.

The mayor pointed out that effective local governance is crucial for the implementation of city-wide initiatives, especially in areas like public health, education, and infrastructure development.
