The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), on Tuesday, Nov. 14, reassured the public that it is actively working to address the delayed delivery of One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for the eGovPH application.

The DICT issued an advisory saying the delay was due to “connectivity issues” experienced by their telecommunication partners, who manage the delivery of OTPs.
In light of this, the department assured the public that the issue is “temporary” and that they are working to resolve it “as soon as possible.”
“We sincerely thank you for your patronage and support of the eGovPH app,” it added.
