In celebration of National Construction Month, the Antipolo City local government showcased the Antipolo Institute of Technology (AiTech) as one of the best schools offering construction-centered education in the country and in Asia.

Antipolo Institute of Technology
Located in Sitio Cabading and created by virtue of City Ordinance No. 2014-557, AiTech is one of the very first local college and university (LUC) in the country to be accredited and declared by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as a "Higher Education Institution".
"Sa kasalukuyan, Ang AiTech lamang ang may programang Bachelor of Construction Engineering Technology and Management sa buong bansa, at ito rin ang una sa Asia. Ang kursong ito ay pinagsamang pag-aaral ng Construction Engineering Technology at Construction Management, at nakatutok ito sa construction engineering applications at construction project management (As of now, AiTech is the only school that offers the Bachelor of Construction Engineering Technology and Management program in the country and the very first in Asia. This course combines the study of Construction Engineering Technology and Construction Management which focus on construction engineering applications and construction project management)," Antipolo City Mayor Jun Ynares said.
Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo declared November of every year as National Construction Month after passing Proclamation No. 115, s. 2001 with the goal of giving recognition to the construction industry as one of the most important aspects of the country's prosperity.
On this occasion, the public is urged to help the construction and infrastructure industry to develop further for more productive sectors.
