Phivolcs reported an increase in recorded volcanic tremors from 97 the previous day to 127 at present, with durations ranging from one to 19 minutes.

One hundred fifty-seven rockfall occurrences and two pyroclastic density current (PDC) events were also observed.

Phivolcs said the lava still flows at approximately 3.4 kilometers along Bonga, 2.8 kilometers along Mi-isi and 1.1 kilometers along Basud gullies.

Meanwhile, the sulfur dioxide (SO2) emission had an average of 1,387 tons per day as of Nov. 12, it said.

Phivolcs advised the public to avoid entering the six-kilometer radius permanent danger zone in order to avoid threats such as PDCs, lava flows, rockfalls, lahars, and sediment-laden streamflows, among other volcanic hazards.

It said a hazardous eruption in the coming days or weeks is still possible, as Mayon Volcano remains at Alert Level 3, or a "relatively high level of unrest.”
