Shear line, easterlies, 'amihan' to prevail across PH --- PAGASA
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, Nov. 11, said the shear line affects Central Luzon and the northeast monsoon or "amihan" prevails in Northern Luzon while the easterlies affect the rest of the country.

PAGASA said Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, and Camarines Norte will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line---an area where the cold northeasterly winds and warm easterlies converge.
PAGASA warned the public of possible flash floods or landslides in the affected areas due to scattered light to moderate up to heavy rains.
Meanwhile, weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said the weather bureau still monitors the Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
Dominguez said the LPA seen at 2,180 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao may enter PAR in the following days and is expected to bring rain in the east portion of Mindanao.
In Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Cagayan Valley, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be felt due to the northeast monsoon or "amihan."
In Metro Manila and the rest of the country, the easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean will cause humid weather conditions with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA said possible flash floods or landslides may occur in high-risk areas during severe thunderstorms.
