Man with drug case arrested in Pasay

Police arrested a man wanted for possession of illegal drugs in Pasay City on Friday, Nov. 10.

According to Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Mark Pespes, the suspect identified as certain "EJ" was nabbed at around 3:50 p.m. at 1116 St. Villamor, Barangay 183, Pasay City.

The SPD chief said EJ, tagged as the Top 10 wanted person under station level, was arrested based on a warrant issued by Judge Christian Pascual Castaneda of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 109 on Oct. 25, 2023.

He said the suspect was immediately detained at the Pasay police custodial facility after his arrest pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
