Over 1,500 individuals completed their skills training at the Caloocan City Manpower Training Center (CCMTC) led by the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) on Thursday, Nov. 9.

The CCMTC produced graduates from the areas of Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela (Camanava).
The city government stated that there are 1,557 trainees from both the North and South Campus of CCMTC who successfully completed various courses offered by the center.

These courses included Automotive Servicing, Basic Welding, Computer Repair, and Culinary Arts.

Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan conveyed his excitement for the new opportunities to the newly graduates.
“Congratulations CCMTC graduates! I am excited about the new careers that our graduates will embark on. My repeated wish since my days as a councilor has always been livelihood and opportunities for the youth of Caloocan),” he said.
He urged them to maximize the skills and knowledge acquired from CCMTC to contribute to the financial well-being of their families.
Makakaasa po kayo na patuloy ninyong kaagapay ang ating Pamahalaang Lungsod tungo sa kaunlaran at pagbuo ng magandang kinabukasan (I wish you continued success and prosperity for you and your families. Rest assured that you will continue to have the support of our City Government towards progress and the creation of a bright future),” the Mayor said.
The city mayor highlighted the importance of continuous skills training and capability development for residents.
Oportunidad lang naman ang kailangan ng mga Batang Kankaloo (Caloocan is indeed a large city, and with that, many people are seeking employment. It's important for our fellow citizens to acquire additional skills that they can use to earn income even while at home. Opportunities abound for the Batang Kankaloo),” he said.
