ILOILO CITY – Police seized shabu worth P20.4 million from three suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Camalig, Jaro District, here on Thursday night, November 9.

The Police Regional Office-6 identified the suspects as alias “Shannon,” “Kerry,” and “Anne.”
Police Brig. Gen. Sidney Villaflor, PRO-6 chief, cited the latest big volume drug seizure in the regional capital of Western Visayas.
“I’m happy that the confiscation of shabu will reduce the supply chain and will save those whose lives will be damaged by this drug,” said Villaflor on Friday, November 10.
Villaflor cited the PRO-6 Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit (RPDEU) as well as the Iloilo City Police Office-City Drug Enforcement Unit (ICPO-CDEU) and the ICPO Jaro Police Station for their achievement.
The suspects, identified as high-valued drug suspects, face charges for violating Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Drugs Act.
