3 rape suspects nabbed in Laguna, Batangas

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – Police arrested three rape suspects in Laguna and Batangas on Friday, November 10.

Suspects were identified as Vilmar, John, and Richard.

Vilmar was arrested in Barangay Kay-Anlog, Calamba City, Laguna, through an arrest warrant for two counts qualified statutory rape and sexual assault issued by Judge Ave A. Zurbito-Alba, presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Regional Branch 8, Calamba City.

John, a most wanted person on the regional level for qualified rape, was collared through a warrant of arrest in Barangay Tubigan, Biñan City, Laguna, issued by Judge Analie B. Oga-Brual of the Regional Trial Court Branch 138 in Makati City with no bail recommended.

Richard, listed as No. 6 most wanted person on the regional level, was served a warrant of arrest for rape in Batangas at the police custodial facility in Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte by the Calaca, Batangas Municipal Police Station and Polanco Municipal Police Station issued by Judge Janalyn Beron Gaiza-Tang, presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 11 in Balayan, Batangas.
