Christmas is just around the corner. As a special holiday gift to all the Filipino fans, "Disney On Ice" will return to Manila to celebrate its 100th anniversary.

Presented by APAC Feld Entertainment, "Disney on Ice: 100 Years of Wonder' will feature classic tales that will whisk the Filipino families away to an immersive and magical show from Dec. 22, 2023, to Jan. 7, 2024, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

"Disney on Ice" performed their show in the Philippines on Jan. 5, 2020, weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the entire globe.

During their press launch at SM Skating Lounge on Sept. 27, Matthew Garrick, senior director of APAC Feld Entertainment, mentioned what makes the Philippines special for their show.

"I think what makes the Philippines special is the combination of Filipino families, and it's Christmas time, and I work for the region and travel for the show, and there's nothing quite like Manila at Christmas," Matthew said.

Arnel Gonzales, general manager and senior assistant vice president of SM Mall of Asia Arena, also shared his excitement to put up a new and bigger show for Filipino families.

"Basically we've been partnering with Feld Entertainment for the past years, and we're committed to bringing this show as one of the biggest shows in Southeast Asia for this year, and we're also glad that this is also a celebration of Disney's 100th year," Arnel said.
