The Parañaque City government on Friday, Oct. 6, opened its “Botika ng Parañaque” where residents can avail free medicine
Paranaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said the “Botika ng Parañaque,” was opened by the local government, with the help of The Generics Pharmacy, to give better health services to the public.
Olivarez said the pharmacy was formally opened to during the blessing and inauguration of the newly renovated City Health Office (CHO).
He said the CHO under the supervision of Dr. Olga Virtusio, opened four additional offices including a Environmental Sanitation Services Division, Laboratory Section, City Health Center and the Employee’s Clinic that will all help in providing better services to the residents.

Olivarez added that health is one of top priorities of his administration.
He also said the city government is continuing to improve the health care system through the renovation of health centers located in the city’s 16 barangays.
