P136,000 shabu seized in Taguig

Police confiscated P136,000 worth of suspected shabu and arrested a man in a buy-bust operation in Taguig on Oct. 6.

Taguig’s Drug Enforcement Unit arrested the suspect with the alias Batoy at his residence in Barangay Central Signal.

During the operation, the police confiscated seven plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 20 grams with a street value of P136,000 and two P100 bills used as buy-bust money.

The evidence was turned over to the Southern Police District (SPD) forensic unit for laboratory examination. The suspect is detained at the Taguig police’s custodial facility.
