A scavenger was injured when he ignited a suspected improvised bomb he found along the road near the Terminal 1 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Saturday, Oct. 7.
The police's Aviation Security Group and Airport Police immediately responded to assist the 65-year old man.
Based on the initial report, the victim found the improvised bomb near the corner of the Ninoy Aquino Avenue and Passcor Street in Pasay City.
