BACOLOD CITY – A man was shot dead inside his house in Purok Paglaum, Barangay Kumaliskis, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental on Wednesday, October 4.
Police withheld the name of the 54-year-old victim.
According to the police, several gunshots were heard before the victim was found dead by his father.
The victim sustained a bullet wound in the head and he also had a slit on his neck.
Police recovered from the crime scene two fired bullets of a .45 caliber pistol.
Policemen have yet to identify the gunmen and establish the motive.
