The Caloocan City government’s Peace and Order Council (POC) received a 100 percent audit rating from the Department of the Interior and Local Government - National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) on Saturday, Oct. 7.

The DILG-NCR described the city's POC as "highly functional" because of their exceptional performance and ongoing innovations in carrying out their duty of establishing peaceful and secure communities.
City Mayor Dale Gonzalo "Along" Malapitan expressed his appreciation to the DILG for their valuable recommendations and extended his congratulations to the POC for their exceptional efforts.
We are thankful to the DILG for the new recognition bestowed upon our city. Of course, we wouldn't have achieved this without the excellent and tireless efforts of the POC to make our city safe and peaceful),” he said.
Malapitan also emphasized that the recognitions from national agencies demonstrated the effectiveness of the city government's programs. His administration will stay dedicated and watchful in safeguarding the rights and interests of the city's residents.
This year, various national government agencies have recognized the city's programs for several times, but this doesn't mean that our work and responsibilities are finished),” Malapitan said.
We will continue to plan additional steps and further strengthen existing programs to ensure the well-being, peace, and safety of the Kankaloo children)," he added.
