LOOK: Romualdez, other House execs visit Hagedorn's wake

Ranking House of Representatives members led by Speaker Martin Romualdez paid their final respects Thursday afternoon, Oct. 5 to their departed colleague, Palawan 3rd district Rep. Edward Hagedorn.

Ranking House of Representatives members led by Speaker Martin Romualdez paid their final respects Thursday afternoon, Oct. 5 to their departed colleague, Palawan 3rd district Rep. Edward Hagedorn.

Romualdez, House Majority Leader Manuel Jose "Mannix" Dalipe, and House Minority Leader Marcelino "Nonoy" Libanan visited the wake of the late Hagedorn, who passed away last Oct. 3 from a lingering illness. He was 76.

The wake was held at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. Hagedorn was a former longtime Puerto Princesa mayor.

Before going to the wake, Romualdez, Dalipe, and Libanan visited Pag-asa Island, which is the most remote island in the province.
