Filipino Homes National Convention 2023 set

CEBU CITY – Real estate developers, brokers, and sales agents from across the country will gather for the annual Filipino Homes National Convention 2023 from October 22 to 23 at JPark Island Resort and Waterpark Mactan, Cebu.

The event, which will be attended by over 600 delegates from Filipino Homes’ strong network across the country, will serve as a celebration of the remarkable achievements in the real estate industry.

Awards such as Best Developers in the Philippines, Best Rent Managers in the Philippines, and Best Brokerage Agents in the Philippines will be presented during the first day of the convention.

Highlight of the convention will happen on the second day where the industry's finest national awardees from over 30 major cities from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be honored for their exceptional work.

A house, lot, and brand-new car will be given away during the convention.

Filipino Homes founder Anthony Gerard Leuterio said the convention is one of the most highly anticipated real estate events that provides a dynamic platform for professionals to network and build valuable connections with peers and industry leaders.

Delegates will also have the exclusive opportunity to gain early access to the latest and upcoming real estate projects from the world's leading property developers and acquire valuable insights into the future of the real estate industry and the opportunities it presents.

“We have chosen a group of developer speakers to take the ‘Hot Seat’ segment at our convention. They’ll be sharing their visionary strategies and plans for 2024,” said Leuterio.

Jose Franco Soberano, senior executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of Cebu Landmasters Inc., Cesar Wee, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Wee Community Developers Inc., Engr. Slater Young of Monterrazas Prime, Architect Romolo Nati, chairman and CEO of Italpinas Development Corp., and Paulo Padilla, COO of Sterling Land Residences and Development Inc., are among the industry leaders attending the event and will serve as speakers during the Hot Seat segment.
