The Pasig City local government will be holding its fourth mega job fair on Friday, Oct. 6 at the Robinsons Metro East mall.
The fair will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the third floor of the mall.
The local government is inviting all jobseekers, including fresh graduates, high school or senior high graduates, and skilled workers who have no prior work experience, as well as professionals wanting to find new jobs, to participate in the fair.
According to the city’s Public Information Office (PIO), 60 local and international companies have confirmed their participation in the job fair. More companies are expected to join by Friday.
A one-stop-shop will be set up in the fair to assist first-time jobseekers avail of free police clearance processing and registration to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), PAGIBIG, Philhealth, and SSS.
Applicants are reminded to bring multiple copies of their resumes, their own ballpens, and be ready for on-the-spot interviews, and potential hiring on-the-spot.
First-time jobseekers must bring a barangay certificate as proof of residence in Pasig City and a valid ID for easier access to the services offered at the one-stop-shop.
