'One Piece' star Mackenyu to hold fan meeting in Manila

Mackenyu Arata, who plays the role of Roronoa Zoro in the Netflix live action series “One Piece,” will be holding a fan meeting in Manila. 

The actor will hold his “Closer to You Fun Fan Meet” in Manila on Nov. 20, Monday, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

“The New Asian Superstar is here for his first Fan Meet!  Get closer to Mackenyu this November 20 with “Closer To You: Fun Fan Meet” at the SM Mall of Asia, Arena,” posted MediaKing Corp. 

“Ticket prices will be announced soon,” added MediaKing, which is presenting the fan meeting along with Luxe Slim.

Mackenyu, 26, has attracted attention since “One Piece” was released on Netflix. His Instagram followers have reached 5.5 million as of this writing. 

Before the fan meeting, Mackenyu will grace the Manila Pop Culture Convention (ManiPopCon) slated on Nov. 17 to 19.
