The Parañaque City government launched the “Koop Tiangge” on Monday, Oct. 2, as a venue for the city’s cooperatives to sell their goods at a cheaper price.
Olivarez and Rep. Edwin Olivarez led the ribbon-cutting at the opening of “Koop Tiangge” at the Parañaque City Hall grounds.
He said 38 city cooperatives joined the program, including those from Barangays Marcelo Green, Sun Valley and BF Homes.
Olivarez said the “Koop Tiangge” is open to the public Oct. 1- 6, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The public can buy clothes, foods, souvenirs, and many other goods at a cheaper price.
“Koop Tiangge’ is a project of Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office and the Parañaque Cooperative Development Council in celebration of the Cooperative Month and the birthday of Mayor Olivarez.
