Saguiguit said they had plenty in mind after two losses in this early stage of the season. But patience really paid off for the Altas after scoring a dominant 85-66 win over the Arellano Chiefs on Tuesday, Oct. 3.

“Ngayong game na ito marunong na pala kami magbasketball, kasi in the first two games namin 'di kami makashoot, sabi ko let’s play hard,” Saguiguit stressed.

He also pointed out that Perpetual's previous 76-73 defeat to the league-leading Lyceum served as an eye-opener for his wards.

Now, let’s start winning again," he added.
